We provide downloads of technical data sheets for the individual products directly in the infobox on the right-hand side. If you have a general technical question please send us an enquiry using our contact form. We shall then pass it on for processing in our company and you will receive an answer as soon as possible.
Where can I find price lists for the NEOPLAN buses?
Since the buses are individually produced we are not able to issue a general price list for our models. Please ask one of our branches in your vicinity this question or send us an e-mail using the contact form.

Our used vehicles database offers you a large selection of used vehicles from various manufacturers and includes all the different price segments.
How can I get pictures, logos and drawings of the buses?
You can download pictures of our products in the picture gallery of the relevant product category. We trust you will understand that the pictures are available only for private use. Additional picture material can be found in our Press Picture Archive . If you are interested in logos or technical drawings please contact us about the contact form.
I’m interested in NEOPLAN’s merchandising articles. Where can I purchase such articles?

Does NEOPLAN offer bus trips?
NEOPLAN is a manufacturer of buses and not a tour operator and so we don’t offer any bus trips. If you would like to know the tour operators in your region you can send us an e-mail using the contact form. We will be happy to send you the addresses and contact details about the operators in your neighbourhood.
I have a complaint. Who can I contact?
Please use the contact form to send us an e-mail with your complaint. If your complaint is about a product which has already been purchased you can also contact your personal salesman directly or the branch responsible for you. We will do our best to help you as quickly as possible.
